I can’t believe our 50th reunion starts in just 2 days!  As a part of this year’s committee, I am more than excited! Who knew how much work (and FUN) this project would be?! I so hope it is a success! As far as my life’s update, my husband of 47 years and I have both retired and remain in our East Cobb home of almost 20 years. Our “kids” are in Milton & the D.C. area. We so enjoy having Ashley & her husband (and 3 dogs & 3 cats) nearby. They are wonderful friends! Chris graduated from Georgia Tech in Aerospace Engineering and works for Orbital (now, Northrop Grumman). We have no grandchildren yet, but remain hopeful. No one escapes this life without their share of downs, however I know we have been most fortunate! I look so forward to seeing all of you this weekend! 

Rumor has it that we graduated from Briarcliff 40 years ago...gulp! 
I live in Mars Hill, NC about 20 miles north of Asheville and have a consulting practice specializing in working with organizations experiencing conflict or systems change. Being self-employed has its rewards - setting my own schedule and priorities. I've been married 29 years, Paul and I met in graduate school at Georgia State University and found out that our mothers grew up 20 miles apart in Wisconsin. We have a cottage in Lubec, Maine and spend part of the summer on the coast, 7 miles from Canada. I enjoy outdoor pursuits - canoeing, kayaking, hiking, watching the sunsets from our deck with our 4 dogs. Life is good. I look forward to reconnecting.

I spent approximately 22 years working for SunTrust Bank, Atlanta. My 2 "tours of duty" were split by a 12 year stint in Denver CO. I went to Denver for a 12 months job commitment and stayed 12 years! I finally decided to come back to the South in 1989 and returned to SunTrust where I was a personal trust relationship manager. I took early retirement in August of 2006. One of my passions is travel, which goes well with my passion for amateur photography. I look forward to re-connecting with everyone in August!
